The Pocketl Spring units are offered with multiple coil counts for a given length.We can produce various sizes against client's requirement.

1)all spring coils must be heat treatment to relieve inner stress in coiling machine before put in a pocket chain.

2)Non-woven fabric type 510mm,weight 70gram per square meter.and covers' non-woven fabric weight of 85 gram per square meter.

3)pocket chain required welded properly.

4)the spring unit is including coils,border rods,non-woven covers and C-ring

5)there are 100-120mm non-woven covers at around the spring unit.

6)one glue is required between the pocket chains.

7)zones lay out are soft-hard-soft-hard-soft.

8)keep pocket chain cleanly,flat packing

9)Advantage:this design is base on somatology and will offer you the most comfortable bed to sleep.

 

Each coil is made from quality high carbon steel wire , providing great surface flexibility , distributing lasting elasticity .

Selecting quality high strength non woven fabric or fantastic AP fabric , maximize the low-friction effect , extend the life of spring coils .

Covering non woven fabric on the bottom and top of the spring layer , prevent other filling mattress from sinking into the coils .

Pockets are machine-assembled in rows held firmly together by hot melt thermal bonding .
