1)All spring coils must be heat treatment to relieve inner stress in coiling machine before put in a pocket chain.

2)coil's non-woven fabric width of 460mm,weight of 70 gram per square meter.

3)pocket chain required welded properly.

4)one line of glue is required between the two lines pocket chain.

5)the spring unit is including coils,border rods,non-woven covers

6) keep pocket chain cleanly,flat packing.

                                                             

Each coil is made from quality high carbon steel wire , providing great surface flexibility , distributing lasting elasticity .

Selecting quality high strength non woven fabric or fantastic AP fabric , maximize the low-friction effect , extend the life of spring coils .

Covering non woven fabric on the bottom and top of the spring layer , prevent other filling mattress from sinking into the coils .

Pockets are machine-assembled in rows held firmly together by hot melt thermal bonding .
